The project still needs to work on living the value of Shine as a whole & equality in pay is a concern. Being paid for the responsibilities related to my job. As a manager, there are individuals who are paid way more than I am and they do not have the responsibilities of leading a team. Fairness...

I currently serve as a Deputy Director for a statewide project. I am paid $20,000 less than someone hired with the same title as me, with a much smaller workload and staff. I have 25+ on my team. The new DD has1 on her team who earns $6,000 less than me. This does not make me feel valued.

There is a significant gap between senior leadership and executive leadership that then trickles down and limits growth in all positions that follow.

There have been additional positions added of the same title and scope of work, but have a higher salary and I believe the original positions should make just as much as the new ones

The dedication to the work that we do. The respect that we show one another. There is still some growth that needs to occur, but I can say I have a great team.
