They are so caring and supportive, not to mention brilliant. They make you want to be your best self.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
It's supportive and inclusive. Everyone can come to work as themselves and be honored for what they bring to the table. Everyone respects and cares about each other. Management supports you in your goals and growth within the company.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are the best role models. It's very apparent that they are passionate about our mission and inspire all of the employees to strive for excellence so we may achieve the best outcomes for the children, families, and communities served. They invest in and care about the entire team and operation.
