What is the best part about your compensation package?
I LOVE the holiday time off, and the health benefits packages are great too.

Is PTO considered part of the compensation package? That is the best part. Followed by the contribution by the company to my HSA for participating in the high deductible health care plan.

Raise pay for the position.

Salary is stagnant compared to inflation i.e. same starting salary as 3 years ago - where as management salaries increased significantly ours did not
