In my department, I don't feel undervalued. I'm an integral part of the team and my salary reflects that.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
My immediate leadership is open to constructive conversations whether it's big ideas, process changes, or things that need to be addressed.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
In our business unit, we like to get together outside of the work hours, or even during for team building and friendship.
