The top level leadership encourages risk-taking and innovation and continually celebrate wins while trying to quickly resolve losses in the most effective manor for the company.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Flexible work environment that accommodates family & other obligations. Willing to allow employees to work from home occasionally in several roles. Thoughtful PTO & holiday balances.
What makes you most happy at work?
Feeling like I've done my job well & beyond my boss's or teams expectations. Any opportunity to make a positive contribution to an individual or community. Feeling genuinely connected to my co-workers and that we're working towards shared goals.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I did a salary comparison for my level of seniority, experience & education, and geographical location a few years ago and my salary is still at the bottom of the range for my peers after receiving a raise at that time.
