What do you like best about the leadership team?

Integrity, dedication, follow through on needs and services, respect for families, having worked for many years in social services, this agency provides the best care to children and families that I've encountered.

Thinking outside of the box.

It is nice that bonuses and raises have been a priority in the rise of inflation.

They care about the staff and what is best for them.

My direct supervisor appears to be concerned about my well-being, yet keeps me driver to the goal. He listens and respects what I have to say.

Employee caseloads and horrible paperwork

Understanding no one performs at 100% at all times, especially when work/duties/expectations continue to build.

The leadership team needs to get better at communication and ensure that everyone is up to date and on the same page.

Listening when people ask for help. Following through with things that are said.

What is the best part about your compensation package?

I value the PTO, 403 B, and bonuses.

The amount of allotted PTO Time

I love that we have vision and dental insurance. Getting bonuses regularly is definitely a perk. I've received raises that I've been proud of over the past several years.

I enjoy the amount of PTO.

Better advancement and pay grades for years of experience

Yes I feel our workloads are not evaluated and we are not compensated for the amount of work that we are expected to do. I feel after the amount of years invested in the company that our input should be valued and pay should be higher.

The amount of work that goes into the overall job is not compensated with our pay. Regular raises (significant), bonuses, incentives, more PTO

The amount of work that is put on my position feels like I am just a dump off area. I am expected to do a tremendous amount of work with very little pay.

I enjoy the office that I work in. I am not sure I would of lasted this long without the support of my co-workers.

Less caseloads and less paperwork

Decrease in caseload and less paperwork - lessen redundant EHR and let us see the kids and families we were hired to do work with instead of meaningless paperwork

My staff, they are the hardest working and most dedicated people I've worked with. They make coming to work meaningful and give me hope.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

Caseloads too high, no leadership, no communication, no acknowledgement

The work expectations are overwhelming and unrealistic but this is expressed regularly but there is never any change.

Micromanaging, unclear roles, being taken advantage of, lack of follow through, poor communication.

The lack of communication is ridiculous.

My work load is too much. Meeting after meeting, plan after plan, when it comes down to it my position has way too much for one person. I am NEVER bored. I don't have a day I can say I don't have much to do. I barely have a minute to breathe or do unexpected tasks I am expected to do.
