It is my first year, but I feel a part of the team. The teachers and administration included me right away. I have a lot of paperwork, but I am learning it a little at a time, so it is not overwhelming. I am enjoying the pace, workload, students, and atmosphere.

Adelphoi is a great place to work with a decent set of benefits and compensation and they do offer the chance to make a difference in the lives of the students that they serve.

It is not the company's fault; it's more the state. Our particular profession is underpaid compared to our counterparts in the area. We endure great amounts of stress and time spent working outside of our 8 hour day. I have been given generous raises that I am grateful for.
