What is the best part about your compensation package?

We get lots of vacation

I only get my hourly pay wage, no benefits

There are extra days off

Very competitive, but also has other benefits like PerkSpot and great health and eye coverage.

The benefits are great if you happen to be full time.

I do not have one and was only offered chance to invest in the company recently.

premiums are little on the high end but they have lots of options

The company has a very generous PTO package.

Hard to find a doctor/dentist/optomitrist/chiropractor open on a Saturday. Lol

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

poor management, no support in the field, getting IRS mileage like others get in the company, there paid mileage is all over the board and there is no standard.

Holiday pay and communication regarding pay, holiday pay, PTO, sick and vacation pay, lapses in work, slow /down time.

I cannot even get the supervisors over my supervisor to listen to me or do anything about the fact of his sexual harassment and continued degrading vulgarity openly in front of the rest of the crew who are all men that I must work with every day just as hard but still at the end of the day cleaning

This is not a mentally easy job. Physically 90% of the samples are in fact very low physical activity. If sample a is put out on Saturday. Then it should be put on weekends only. It's really hard to match a very high sales quota from the weekend when sampling on a weekday. Hourly rate $17 w/min

We are treated as replaceable bodies, while being pushed to make more sales.

A promotion or raise compensation

No annual/cost of living raises and my initial bonus agreement has been taken off the table.

Only a few of us work very hard and get treated like we are replaceable. No one is appreciated or heard

very unvalued - skills are overlooked - 2 different positions - both very underpaid

There’s a lot of driving/traveling to locations involved and the hours scheduled don’t really make it work going to the eve

I make poverty wages, and was told this is a "competitive wage". I cannot make ends meet. But this is corporate America for you. Go to school for 6 years to make $15 an hour.

In not even paid for my experience people have no experience make more than me and never worked a job like this.

Raises that make a difference in today's environment with the inflation that is occurring. 2.01% is ridiculous.

Better pay better direction and clearly to have a understanding of how we do the job

Compensation is dismal. Advantage management will tell you that Advanrage does not give raises, because they believe there is always room for improvement. Getting a raise would be a nice start to feeling better about compensation.
