They don't promote the ones that do all the work. When it comes to promoting they will just pass the buck to the higher ups. It's unfair. The longer you have been there the worse it is. Started at $ 11.00 with outstanding performance, high numbers, Hard worker. Your lucky to get $ 11.45 five years later. They will hire newcomers at $ 2 to $3 dollars more. Even if they are new to the type of work. Why? because, they don't care your expendable. They do tell you to quit and apply to an opening on the team to enable you to get the higher wage, however, can't promise you will get the job. They go through people like crazy. Only stayed because I loved the job, hated the company.
What does the leadership team at Advantage Solutions need to get better at?
Respect for employees with fair wages. Stop adding new clients, work loads are excessive and client objectives are not being met.

They refuse to pay loyal employees fair wages. They pay much hire wages to everyone new to the team. They don't have it in the budget.
