poor management, no support in the field, getting IRS mileage like others get in the company, there paid mileage is all over the board and there is no standard.

I cannot even get the supervisors over my supervisor to listen to me or do anything about the fact of his sexual harassment and continued degrading vulgarity openly in front of the rest of the crew who are all men that I must work with every day just as hard but still at the end of the day cleaning

This is not a mentally easy job. Physically 90% of the samples are in fact very low physical activity. If sample a is put out on Saturday. Then it should be put on weekends only. It's really hard to match a very high sales quota from the weekend when sampling on a weekday. Hourly rate $17 w/min

The lead in other management should train them before just throwing them on the job and then walking off and expecting other workers getting paid the same rate to have to show them how to work and train them

Stop worrying what the next one is doing or not doing. Do your job !

Look at the entire picture. And dont tell people its flexible if its not. If it us, dobt fire soneone for veing late to a fksxible start time

When orders are placed for client it shouldn't take over 5 weeks for the products to show up, or it may never show up. Follow through is another issue, the company says it will do something and they never do. It makes me as a RSM look terrible along with the company
