If there's a problem everyone's on same page to fix the issue
The company culture is toxic. Very cult like, they lure you in making you think they care about you as a person. I had seen some amazing leaders leave the company because they really cared but their colleagues retaliated strongly. Breaks my heart, there is no real change. Just fluff
