Mr. Christopher A. Ciano has been Market President of Florida at Aetna Inc since June 2013. Mr. Ciano has been the Chief Executive Officer of Florida Health Plan Administrators, LLC (alternate name, Vista Healthplan, Inc.) since November 14, 2007 and oversees all day-to-day operations for Sunrise-based company. Mr. Ciano served as the Head of Florida at Aetna Inc. since July 2013. He served as Vice President and General Manager at California Physicians' Service, Inc. (formerly, Commercial Distribution of Blue Shield of California). He led the 1.3 million-member commercial group sector. He also served in various leadership positions over the last 20 plus years with Health Net, UnitedHealthcare, and MetLife Healthcare. Mr. Ciano earned his Bachelor's degree with honors from the University of Southern California.
