Mr. Richard di Benedetto serves as Executive Vice President of Aetna International at Aetna Inc., and served as its President of Aetna International Inc. Mr. Di Benedetto served as Senior Vice President of Aetna International at Aetna Inc. Mr. Di Benedetto served as the Chief Executive Officer of Euromedic International Kft. Mr. Di Benedetto joined Euromedic from General Electric Co. (GE) where he served as President and Chief executive of GE Healthcare in the Middle East, Africa, Central Asia and Russia since 2008, previously he held a variety of senior executive roles in GE since 1995. He served as Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of GE Healthcare International's EAGM at GE Healthcare Ltd. since June 2008. He served as General Manager for sales & services in Eastern Europe and Manager for Healthcare Financial Services- Europe. He served as President and Chief Executive Officer of Eastern and Africa Growth Markets at GE. He served as Vice President of Sales for Europe Middle East & Africa at GE Healthcare Ltd., of General Electric Company since December 2007. Prior to his 12 years at GE, he served as an Operations Manager for Econocom in France. Mr. Di Benedetto graduated from Institut d'Etudes Poliques Paris in France with a B.S. in Economics, Finance and Law in 1986.
