How employees describe working at AHRC New York City

I am very happy with my job, but l would like some vacation time off.

This company provides an outstanding experience for those with ID and LDs to experience college and prepare for independence. However management has confused politics and money with fairness, and often violate polices and procedures which mkess it difficult for low level employees to act accordingly

being paid enough to not be considered poor

Would suggest people work anywhere else

There is a lack of diversity within the HR field at AHRC. Managers do not know how to prioritize and balance workload. People act inappropriate and unprofessional. There is a 20K gap between between HR specialist.
