What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are always concerned about the quality of service clients receive, and makes sure providers are contented.
Everything I love the leadership team
Transforming agency as field goes through dramatic changes. Encourages innovation. Transparency is refreshing.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Paying people livable wages and not supporting harrassers in the office
They need to appreciate workers and monitor managers more closely. Their finance floor is full of unethical practices and demeaning behavior from managers of departments and their comptroller.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Benefits and other insurance availability
Health insurance, retirement plan, entertain
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
More money, or a livable wage at least
being paid enough to not be considered poor

Collaborative and creative group. Everyone dedicated to the mission of the organization.

The students are diverse in ask ways possible. It's quite intriguing how much we learn from each other.
