It's a comprehensive and fully adaptable benefits package.

Review from HR Dept · Posted 4 days ago

Its really great to have Unlimited PTO. I'm not using any more than when we had limits, but I appreciate there is no pressure to keep up with it or worrying about if you have enough.

We are entitled to overtime as managers, similar to eligibility for quarterly and annual bonuses.

The 401K is good, I hope it continues as we move over to another company. Bonus when it is attainable.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

I know others are making more than me in the same position with the same amount of experience as well as at other companies. No one has bothered to try and retain me

My performance, leadership and presence is worth more than my compensation. I also am the only female on my EC team and paid lower than other male counterparts who do not perform. Also paid less than some of the hotel department heads. I like my job and flexibility so it's not a main factor.

Review from HR Dept · Posted 3 days ago

It's specific to my position. My position is involved in all areas of the hotel, and much of my work is to support each department and guide managers, but I don't feel my position is taken seriously or holds any value for the other managers.

Receiving fair compensation without the need to threaten to leave is essential. Employees deserve to be paid appropriately for their contributions. Replacing staff is far more costly than simply compensating them well.

Review from Sales Dept · Posted 3 days ago

I am not looking to move but similar job postings online post better entry pay when I receive the alerts. Some of my GMs make what I make

Review from Operations Dept · Posted 3 days ago

The pay range and cost of benefits do not align with the current cost of living.

Upon hire was told that there would be additional compensation, several direct reports later, I feel there has not been follow thru. Bonus? Difficult to achieve if we even have one, several deployment changes later it's difficult for results to even be measured fairly.

Review from Sales Dept · Posted 4 days ago

Increases have been evenly distributed within our discipline since 2020; we are told this is the fair way to do things. This fails to recognize individual performance. A 2–3% incr

Review from HR Dept · Posted 4 days ago

Too many positions eliminated and consolidated this past year, putting pressure on those remaining to work so hard for pay that is not commensurate with demands.

Review from Operations Dept · Posted 4 days ago

I sometimes feel undervalued when the growing scope and impact of my responsibilities are not reflected in my compensation. Clearer alignment between pay, performance, and role expectations—alo

I sometimes feel undervalued when my contributions and the effort I put into driving results aren’t fully reflected in my compensation or recognition. Beating the comp set and consistently adding group business each month required strategic effort

Be paid at market wages

I would like to be allowed to do the job that I was hired to do without having to work in a hostile environment. I'd like for my manager to take accountability and for her to allow me to lead without her feeling threatened or resenting me. I would also like to be compensated at a higher wage.

Review from Sales Dept

went from making $27 a hour to making 23 and being a manager. was my first OEM position I should have held out for more not less

Review from Engineering Dept

total package is not market

Review from HR Dept

I feel undervalued because the scope and responsibilities of my role as Director of Operations have grown significantly, and I believe my current compensation does not fully reflect the level of leadership, strategic decision-making, and operational oversight required. I am accountable for driving p

Review from Operations Dept

For my performance and hours put, i need more compensation. My salary is less $30K than average in Market. Please do something about it.

I feel that all outside expenses have been going up, salary sometimes can be tough to manage all my expenses.

It seems like too much work for one person.
