Review from Engineering Dept

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

I feel that when I have an idea to improve something or want to redirect the team, I am dismissed.

Review from Operations Dept · Posted 16 days ago

Honestly, at times I find myself well outside my core responsibilities, not that I mind specifically. But, I am only paid for the one job.

Review from Sales Dept

As someone who has worked in management in a variety of different capacities, I was dismayed that pay for management was on the lower end and that there was very little flexibility for said rates.

Prefer more pay when taking on multiple roles.

Recently promoted and found out my peers at my previous level were being paid more than me prior to promotion so now my promoted amount is just getting me to where my peers on my team below me are. New associates are starting out a higher rate than associates who have been here 5+ years.

Higher pay. I live check to check with no room to have a savings. The cost of living is expensive.

Review from Operations Dept

If I were paid the same as others in my position with the same duties and responsibilities.

Review from Operations Dept

I was (asked) transferred to night audit, and compensated fairly. When I was the Front Desk Lead, I was not compensated fairly. Other than my direct manager who does a very good job at this, there is a lack of positive verbal reinforcement and verbal recognition from other members of the exec. team

Review from Customer Support Dept

Our pay increases need to better reflect the constant rising cost of living

Review from Sales Dept

I understand competitive pricing especially within markets. But it is important to keep our associates feeling valued.

Review from Sales Dept

Health benefits are way too expensive with little coverage, highly dislike OEM -- no work life balance

Review from Sales Dept

Be paid at market and not on low end of market

I should be paid the same as the person I replaced.

Review from Operations Dept

I feel undervalued when my performance and contributions exceed expectations, but my compensation does not seem to reflect that. More competitive pay, clearer paths for advancement, and recognition of results would help me feel that my work is valued.

Review from Sales Dept

I am doing a job that is above what I am actually paid to do, however I am still expected to go above and beyond and not be compenstated

I think my compensation should also account for the length of time I've been employed and also having worked all through the recent pandemic and no bonus or incentive for that

Non-competitive salaries for the Boston Market

Review from Sales Dept

Increased responsibilities without pay adjustment

I do not feel undervalued

the level of responsibility has grown significantly, but I do not believe my compensation has kept pace with that growth.
