What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

Managers and owners love only money .They are beyond repair

There are customers who have seen their account managers in years. they could start by doing their job.

Replace the manager she's gossiping causing discontent

Too long to list, but the people doing the day to day, at least in my case, are working hard to do a good job and we're not rewarded for it. Working for this company has left me nothing but stressed. I LITERALLY cannot afford to work here because cost of living is more than what I'm paid.

Support the customer. This does not happen. Accounts are lost from poor service because of the TEAM. I can give examples if I had someone's ear.

Trucks aren't loaded right and drivers completely ignore customers and don't drop off orders

Get competent leadership and change the my way or the highway culture

At least once a week I can't make one or more of my deliveries do to bad scheduling or equipment breakdown.

Almost all customers lost is due to billing issues. Mostly rental issues like paying for cylinders they don’t use and can’t get anyone
