I feel undervalued because I can't even afford living expenses but I'm expected to make quota every day so the company makes it's budget. I get no support. I don't even have a clue who anyone's boss is or who I can talk to about conditions. This is not how you keep drivers.

Collaboration team work help each other
All of them need to be held accountable when they DON'T work to help each other. They all say it at the meetings but do NOT actually carry it out. Again, poor management hides this fact.

Replace the manager she's gossiping causing discontent
Too long to list, but the people doing the day to day, at least in my case, are working hard to do a good job and we're not rewarded for it. Working for this company has left me nothing but stressed. I LITERALLY cannot afford to work here because cost of living is more than what I'm paid.

Support the customer. This does not happen. Accounts are lost from poor service because of the TEAM. I can give examples if I had someone's ear.
