Managing and not working people to death. The job isn’t hard but nobody deserves to work 64 hours a week.

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?

Some people most certainly need to pull more of their weight but management doesn’t care who does what as long as the job gets done

What needs to change to make the company culture better?

Management and the company as a whole does not care about its employees salary or hourly nor do they care about safety. It’s all about Monopoly money (production credits).

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

If you can pay a ceo $100 million to leave the company the money I receive all though higher than some other companies is still clearly not being appropriately distributed...
