What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
We have the best team I've ever worked with. 20 years. But the morral is very low.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
They need to bring someone from outside in with a open ear and open mind to listen to the people. Waco Texas. The morral is the worst in my 20 years of service. And that's across the whole plant

HR Manager "Globle" and Operations Manager, Maintenance had a meeting over pay and classification. She said i made a mistake, what am I suppose to do, call Pittsburg and tell them I made a mistake, hows going to make me look.
