They need to be trained. Our training is non existant
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Do not listen to suggestions from the floor and does not respect the union contract
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
There is nothing but production. No safety,training ,planning,we are understaffed, no advancement oppurtunities,no quality in our products. It never was like this before. May need a shakeup of our management team
