Worst experience I have ever worked and tbe company will not pay out your sick time when you leave. They will screw you over legally if they can.

Stop undervaluing the employees and over empowering the entitled customers.
What would you improve about your company's interview process?
Nothing at all because I would not recommend this job to anyone.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
My managers are hard workers and cool, I had a great experience with them.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I had a cool ASM and store manager, they made work tolerable considering the amount of workload you have to do everyday.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Only a select few are real hard workers and I would always go above and beyond for them and they did the same for me. Even (technicanlly) permantly being short staffed. Another few ex co-workers never worked hard in their life and because of that, we would have to pick up the slack of that work.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The amount of workload and pressure you are given when you close the store with only3 people in the whole store. The work you do is 3 person job In itself. What would make me feel better is that had I known they would not pay me out correctly, I would not have taken this job.
