Nothing a disorganized management team ruins most of my hard work my fellow coworkers hard work and makes my life difficult
What did you like most about the interview process?
I've worked for this company for almost 4 years I'll just say this though I was not originally hired and I am one of the best associates at my location
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Pay me more gift store 37 a competent management team give me some sort of backpay on the wage is my former manager stole from us and maybe I will have a more of a communication later good day
What are some of the best things about your team?
Our associates are the ones running the store because we actually know what is going on and a time to actually make sure it gets done the only problem is that our management team is horrible and so it is a disorganized mess mess without clear direction
