Daughter has COVID and Aldi stated I would need to return to work asap and I would not be eligible for any paid time off even though I've been there a year and full time. My daughter is 6yrs old, I'm primary caretaker but Aldi doesn't care about my health, their customers or their other employees.

What are some of the best things about your team?
The other associates are friendly and nice but management is a wreck. A lot of back stabbing, no communication and chaos.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Had a great store manager but she has since left. The district manager doesn't address me personally but has others speak for her even if we are all in the same office. Very belittling and demoralizing to experience.
