When you only promote DM's into the C suite and do not take outside ideas - you will get stagnate! Many of these folks have no other work experience beyond ALDI and are not willing to accept outside ideas.

Everyone was nice. They use STAR format so it is not a hard interview
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
New management, investing in outside management training as the training area is not up to par or run by anyone who has been educated in the field.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Have relevant work experience in that field, educated or going back to school to be educated in area. Listen to their staff who get shut down for their ideas.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
No bonus plan, guaranteed increases means no one is compensated for being above and beyond. Way below industry pay for salary. Finally, each area has different comp scales. No consistency
