Its not for everyone for sure, but if you are willing to do the job and work hard, its not that bad. It's pretty repetitious so its not like you are going into work with surprises. As long as you got a good manager and a good team behind you, going to work is pretty easy and enjoyable.
What makes you most happy at work?
My customers and the pace of the work. I like to work plus its my exercise. My customers keep it interesting throughout the day.
What are some of the best things about your team?
That there are no cliques. My manager makes sure we know we are a team and we act like and team and are treated like a team.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They listen to your concerns and/or comments. They take the time to listen to any feedback you have. If there are issues they try to help to work out a solution.
