Everyone is willing to help each other out without having to ask. Coworkers and other team members offer suggestions to making work easier.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The culture is family oriented and most people are understanding . Also that we are all different but we work together for common goals.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are easy to approach and are willing to make helpful suggestions. I can go to them with a concern or input on how to do my job better. They understand team work.
