I enjoy working for Aldi but I think a lot of things could be better like communication, everyone being on the same page, and showing a sense of urgency in task and dealing with customers

I like that some of your services are covered before you reach your deductible

The thing that makes me happiest is that you never do the same thing everyday and you get to interact with people

I like that some of the team members stay positive no matter what while others do their best to work hard and help others on the team
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I like that some of the managers show a sense of urgency and others are good at teaching you things. Everyone on the management team has different skills.
