Aldi does not back/empower its employees. Aldi does not represent its rules/requirements (ie: plays both ends from the middle). If you hire me, trust me. If you make a rule, stick to it and explain this to customer (ie: dont throw employee under the bus).
Company is too 'politically correct' treating everyone 'the same' when they need to look at individual and what that person offers the company. People who work smart should be compensated especially by these billion dollar corporations. (aldi really employs too many people; reduce & pay accordingly)
