Worked to the bone. Promotions not based solely on performance, but rather a combination of performance, how well your manager likes you, and if you don't complain or voice any concerns. They like people who keep their head down and just work work work.

To be honest. Going home early.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Pay cuts for managers was implemented in august of 2020. We now only make $1 more then regular store associates. The work is like no other stores and you're expected to work like a robot. Other then that it's a good company to work for.
