We all are fast what we do

Working with customers on a daily basis is positive
...we are always trying our best and we keep moving !
Im thankful for our 401k but should be paid for our phone usage we communicate through our phones daily.
Upper management should focus on telling us what we do good on not blame us for their mistakes or criticism on why something was not done when we werent given the time to do what ever the task was.we try so hard and get no appreciation.
