Promotions go to favorite employees who do not make waves and just do what they are paid to do with a smile on their face. They want people who drink the company kool aid and say its a great place to work even if it isnt.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
They cut pay by a lot during a management restructure. They opted to give high positions to new employees vs internally promoting. They are not clear of what employees need to do to accomplish their career goals. Management should make more than $1 more than associates.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
District managers were mean. They made fun of employees who were slow to other staff members. They actively encouraged management to bulky associates just to get them to move faster. They told us we need to be mean about people calling off sick during a pandemic borderline forcing people to come in.
