The workload that I carry doesn't necessarily fall into my title, nor do I get recognized for the work I do because of that. Having the right title, level, and comp would be great.

Our collaboration and constant support. I love how friendly and caring everyone is. I also feel comfortable sharing and receiving candid feedback. And I always look forward to reconnecting with them after a break, which says a lot!

I liked meeting with various people from my team and other teams at the time. It gave me a feeling that my job was important, that it meant something and brought value to these people and the company I was interviewing for.
