Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Employees are paid based on location so you can have a rep in NY getting paid $20/h and one in Puerto Rico getting paid $13 for doing the exact same job. They are not receptive to feedback and the attitude resembles high school bullying if you get in their bad side.
Increase salary ranges due to new procedures.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Very knowledgeable. Alleyoop brings in some of the best SDRs in the world.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Communication. It's more about the leaders then the co workers, they are just trying to survive just like me.
Better executive leadership that values their core values, mission statement, quality, and honesty.
Coworkers need to get out of this company and persue better things with their time.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Speaking with other SDRs on sales related things.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Better managers, mire attention from the Ceo, better communication.
Better executive leadership that follows their mission statement and core values.
Attitude, toxicity, leadership needs to be eliminated and re-structured, micromanaging, lying, better pay,

Interview process was the best portion of Alleyoop, the lie before the truth that made things seem amazing.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Again, managers that expectboerfevtion when we are not trained at all and then fire or get so angry at you.
We're forced to lie about where our SDRs are located, how many customers they work for, how many dials we do, how large our teams are, etc. Our executive team is everything wrong, and forces us to lie to further their own personal goals
