What did you like most about the interview process?Interview process was the best portion of Alleyoop, the lie before the truth that made things seem amazing.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?Speaking with other SDRs on sales related things.
What are some of the best things about your team?Very knowledgeable. Alleyoop brings in some of the best SDRs in the world.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?Again, managers that expectboerfevtion when we are not trained at all and then fire or get so angry at you.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?Better managers, mire attention from the Ceo, better communication.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?Communication. It's more about the leaders then the co workers, they are just trying to survive just like me.
