Allina Health Compensation Employee Reviews

What is the best part about your compensation package?

Salary is good, good vacation

Unknown. Casual employee so not applicable

Competitive medical benefits however we lost many benefits last year which have not been replaced

Not happy about pto decreasing accrual rate going into 2022

Review from Operations Dept

The free dental for employees

Not much is super impressive it just works

Health insurance is pretty affordable

I would say my pay

Pto though that is being reduced

the pay is compatible for the work, but NOT worth it when you factor in they expect you to give up your faith to work for them.

Very generous vacation package and decent medical, dental, vision.

Review from Customer Support Dept

Part timers get benefits. Paid time off.

The pay and the benefilts

Review from Operations Dept

The ability to enjoy some time off.

Review from Operations Dept

lots of extras, tuition reimbursement, MIP, good medical and dental, 401 K match.

Review from Operations Dept

It's very comparable to other health care companies.

Review from Customer Support Dept

My health insurance premium is reasonable.

Review from Operations Dept

good compensation for the job that i do

Review from Operations Dept

Insurance is decent if you jump through the BeFit hoops.

Review from Operations Dept

Our compensation is adequate, but in no way does it keep up with inflation.

Review from Customer Support Dept

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Choose better leadership and encourage communication and teamwork

Nonexistant raises. Reciving at least cost of living

More Educational opportunities offered & funded-- more attention to buildings and compensation to upper management salaries than the staff on the frontline who have given everything particularly during the pandemic

Yes, I feel under very valued

If we were paid better

Paid far less than other health systems.

It doesn’t matter how much we speak up or work hard for allina we do not matter to the

Understaffed and overworked. Allina needs to dump the mandatory vaccination so we can get more employees hired

We have worked our butts off during a pandemic and we have not gotten a raise, bonus, or anything to thank us for our hard work. We’re being threatened to lose our jobs if we don’t get vaccinated. We have been shown zero respect or gratit

Compensation is middle of the line, just not appreciated or heard

Allina leadership took away our raised and 401K match last year during the pandemic as a way of Thanking us for working through such a difficult time

Give your employees back there medical freedom to make there own education decision what that do and don’t want to inject into their bodie

Same department for over 15 years. Starting wage for someone coming in off the street is only a few thousand more then what I’m currently making after over 15 years. No chance for growth or promotion

More per diem PTO. PAY RAISES which we no longer get and the new review process leaves you feeling terrible about youself and your work!

Yes I feel undervalued. I know I can make more than what I get here. I work a job that should be for 2 or 3 people.

Value me for work I do instead of what only benefits YOU

Listen to me and my needs

Because they tell us we are all replaceable! No raises while working on front lines for over 1 year. Took away 401k matching for 1 year. They made bank during covid and didn't care about employees. Letting us work with lack of PPE and forcing us to quit or get an experimental jab that doesn't work!

Retention bonuses, raises based on interactions with doctors. Preformance based raise.

Work us to the bone, never say no to cases when we are drowning in cases with no staff, don't hire more people. And no raises based on performance or retention bonuses.
