Patients complained to me constantly behind closed doors. They aren't happy.
It's too much about quantity of care over quality. Covid has ruined a lot in terms of being able to get normal, in-person care. The vaccine requirement as work condition has also created division surrounding company morale. Employees at the call center are not praised enough for all they do.
Better benefits like PTO, pay, fix unrealistic coporate rules for the workers, quit understaffing us and making us take on high workloads with unrealistic expectations to prevent burn out and recurrent mistakes.
Massive replacement of leadership and redirection to clinically focused advancement
Pay your employees better, start heavily recruiting more staff. We are so incredibly overworked. Its been a year and a half of hell with no end in sight, and no raises to show for it.
Stop mandating the Covid vaccine as a condition of employment. To improve: give us our freedom to choose.
The mandate. It's called Freedom of Choice.
Medical choice for all employees and patients
Dump the vaccine mandate. A lot of employees are against it
Staff is being treated like dirt. We don’t get to make our own choices. We’re all burnt out, and a majority of us are ready to walk
Stop mandatory vaccine! Start listening to employees
The vaccine mandates are not meant for everyone and Allina has taken a pretty harsh stance on this
Review from Operations Dept
Patients report that they don't feel cared for and their visits are cut short because staff is overworked
Take away the vaccine mandate
CEO and leadership makinf decisions solely based on revenue/bottom line and not in the best interests of their employees and patients
They treat employees very terribly
Lots of distrust and knowing the company cares more about income than patient care.
No value is given to employees. They need to value their employees and stop taking away benefits and adding to workloads that are already impossible.
Value patients an employees. More time you put into us more effort we put into work which reflects to your patients
Stop the mandatory vaccines now!

Crothall management needs to go or fall into step with how allina-managed departments are run. We have lost our right to work varying FTE's and low need. Only housekeeping has these issues.
