What needs to change to make the company culture better?
It's quite obvious that there are many cost cutting measures that seem to come at the expense of our patients.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Moral obligations and knowing that my employer is doing what is right for the patient and not just what is right for the budget
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Being a team player and making their presence known. Management in my department is very hands off. Good in some ways, however We are making decisions that are not our responsibility to make due to lack of a leadership presence.
