Salary is good, good vacation

Competitive medical benefits however we lost many benefits last year which have not been replaced
Not happy about pto decreasing accrual rate going into 2022

The people you work with on a day to day basis are gifted, intelligent, and hard working. The leaders just dont see that or seem to care
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Coworkers are great. Would be better if managment would be more supportive
As a group most employs are nice and treat everyone the same
