
Have management go to actual leadership management and interpersonal relationship training you can't just grab someone out of college who's never let her supervisor or manager anyone can expect them to manage grown people especially these kids they're pulling out of school now some of them have no idea how to talk to people which causes friction in the workplace
Weed out Directors who sabotage and undercut their employees’ development. Stop employees who consistently steamroll others in order to make themselves look good.
work a straight shift all the time. NO FLEX UPS!!!!! and give yearly raises.
Improve the pay and benefits and opportunities for advancement, especially for those with greater length of service
I would make the employee feel wanted and not fearful of their job on a daily basis.
Figure out a way to get away from a rate based system at the fulfillment center level.
