How does life at Amazon compare with Google, Facebook and Microsoft?

I believe Amazon is a amazing, creative company to work for. The fulfillment center I work at currently is very clean, the people are wonderful, and the overtime is nice, when it is available. Great opportunity for anyone looking for a full-time job.

It does not compare well. There are long hours, weak pay, tons of work expected to be done, and unbearable leadership who have ungodly high expectations for everything that must be done.

It’s starting to be the same. Mired in bureaucracy and support teams that don’t really support you or your teams, rather bog down progress and innovation

About the same, with a bit less bureaucracy, a bit less California arrogance... but they are fast approaching it.
