Between the daily question which you answer at login anonymously and to go up the food chain if you need to, feedback is easy and I've yet to feel any discomfort at giving it.

Amazon has an open door policy. However, very rarely are things settled in that manner. Most all upper act like politicians and feed you what you want to hear
