Not very rewarding. I watched a guy get fired for something very small and he worked his butt off everyday for them. He wasnt even stealing anything.

There is some personal award, but overall not huge award. Unless making it to the end of shift is a reward.

It kind of rewarding when you see a commercial or something about Amazon and you're like "That's where I work"
