
If a person doesn't understand a role, they will be dismissive of it. This was highly apparent with the outbound dock teams constantly begging for manpower and being denied because "it's not that hard" or "all you do is depart trucks".
Have there favorites. Change tasks but don't realize the extra burden on the workers.
What leadership? They know nothing about servers, chillers, building maintenance, UPS's
Hit and miss. More concerned about numbers than people.
More concerned about numbers than quality or associate happiness
Job is a career stepping stone for most.
Most use Amazon as a stepping stone.
I see them in it for themselves.
Right now, chaotic and harsh....
