
If promoted up to L4 from tier3, you will not make as much or receive as many RSU stock as someone who was hired in from outside the company, even fresh out of college.
Pay for Operational roles are commensurate to responsibilities and position. Total compensation package includes bonuses, stock options and basic pay.
It's not fair that someone new will be making the same as someone with 3 years in service
