
I have had terrible leadership and some really great leadership. I think the problem is the managers are too young and many have no idea of what they are doing. This causes lots of confusion within teams. Many managers don't know how to deal with their diverse teams. I think the practice of hiring all these young managers has to change. The managers should be at least 30 years old with some life experience instead of 20 year olds just out of college..BIG problem!
leadership varies wildly! Amazon is similar to the federal government. Too much bureaucracy! at my facility management uses favoritism to the extreme! you are usually treated like a number.
My leader is awful. Lies, back bites and is just an all round horrible person.
Very aggressive - highest paying person opinion counts, data driven is used as fig leaf.
All they care about are hitting their rates! The employee is NEVER considered.
