Mostly terrible in the Indy node, especially since one of the maintenance workers was killed in a wholly preventable accident in 2017. Also, part of your "total compensation" is a productivity bonus, so it's highly common to hear that your building hit some landmark for most packages shipped since the building opened, but that you didn't hit the arbitrary goal percentage, so no bonus for you.
Its ok - people enjoy working at Amazon. People leave when they are done, if they are not promoted. If you worked at Amazon, the world is your oyster, so employees constantly interview and plan their next step.
For the most part, it's good. The associates are the part that makes it enjoyable and what gets you through the day.
