How can I improve my chances of being hired at Amazon?

Be a positive person with a good attitude, show up to interview clean and pass a drug test and be honest with your answers and willing to work the shifts that fit the busy days

The work at Amazon is very hard on your body so make sure you are up to the task. Put your application in and be truthful with your answers.

If I want to improve, I will work on it. Othewise, its a famous fact "Where there is a will, there is a way"

Have a business degree and hire in as an L4 or higher. It isn't worth it to enter as a tier 1.

Previous customer service is not required, but again it all depends on the position you are applying for.

Be honest with what you say, show confidence, listen to employees and leadership, and maintain a clean outlook.

You have to study very hard - the interviews will get very specific. Do not provide general answers.

Do research and try not to get on a brand new team. It isn’t worth it.

Be physically fit, be good at box building, be good at sorting

Be open to any shifts and be a team player

Make sure you lay out all you are trained to do

Stay out of trouble and pass the drug test.

Be customer centric and forget about your family.

Keep after it, think outside the box!
