    They don't layoff. They offer VTO (voluntary time off) when volumes drop. Then they badger people to get them to take it. They used to offer this as LOW (lack of work) where we could file for some unemployment benefits. With the change in nomenclature, we can no longer claim the benefits when work is slow

    Never heard of layoffs but when they fire you they make you work the whole shift before letting you go

    They check your rates and those with low rates get eliminated.
