What is the onboarding process like at Amazon and how long does it last?

It has been nearly one month since I've signed my offer letter and still have not done the training, I don't see why it is taking so long to schedule training days to get people onboarded. This is by far disappointing to see a leading delivery service have such poor onboarding. It should never take someone over a month to be hired at any company. Amazon, please talk to your people down in Viriginia and figure out a solution.

Days of slides and then if you work in a facility with pit then you train for a day on how to drive then you are on your own

No interview, there is a drug test on 1st meeting, on the job training lasts maybe 2 days, prepare for a workout for 3 or 4 hours

short process, just long enough to get a piece of your soul.

lies followed by more lies then they systematically remove your soul.

2 weeks after you make your schedule online

Four weeks. Lot of safety training.
